Demo booking and our forms will run through our CRM’s embedded tools. Any cookies they set will be listed here before they go live.

03Why we use them

Strictly necessary cookies keep the forms working: they carry what you typed from one page to the next, show you what you sent, and remember which Compliance Check reports you asked for; one remembers the cookie choice you make, so we don’t ask on every page. Each is scoped to the part of the site that uses it. Spam protection uses no cookie: each form carries a hidden field signed with the time the page was drawn.

No analytics cookies run on this site today. If we add an analytics tool, its cookies will count visits and show which pages people read, so we can make the guides and the Check clearer, and they will stay off unless you turn them on. We won’t use them to decide anything about you.

We use Google Analytics 4. It loads only after you accept analytics cookies, IP addresses are not stored, and its data is kept for 14 months.

04How long they last

Each cookie’s lifetime is in the table above. When it expires, the browser deletes it. You can delete cookies sooner from your browser settings.

05Changing your choices

“Cookie settings”, at the bottom of every page, is where you choose whether optional cookies may be set. Today there are none to turn on. Once analytics is added, a change applies from the next page you open; turning analytics off stops new analytics cookies but doesn’t delete ones already set, which your browser settings can remove. The Compliance Check, demo booking and every form work with optional cookies off.

06Browser signals

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, this site takes it as a no to analytics and marketing cookies: they stay off and the cookie banner doesn’t ask. You can still turn them on in Cookie settings.
