Every board you manage now has a statutory website. You shouldn't need a new hire to run them.
CondoOS gives your managers one queue across every association: what is overdue, which records requests are on the clock, and what is waiting for an approval. Keep your accounting system; add the compliance layer it doesn't have.

One work queue across every association.
Every condo association with 25 or more units, and every HOA with 100 or more parcels, now needs a records website with 30-day posting. Every association has notice periods to meet and 10 working days to answer a records request. CondoOS counts the days and puts the work in one queue, which you can filter by due date, association or type, or narrow to what's yours.

Upload a CSV with each association's type, county, units and stories. CondoOS previews what it will create, sets up each association separately with its own admin invitations, and builds its obligation list. Then import each back file for review.

The best records request is one you answer with a link.
A condo association may meet an inspection request by pointing the owner to the record on its website. When the record is posted, your manager answers in one click and the clock stops. When it isn't, the request stays on the clock, with reminders and a board alert before day 10.
Fla. Stat. 718.111(12)(c), (g). For HOAs, ask your attorney whether a link satisfies the request. General information, not legal advice.
A monthly report your board can read before the meeting.
A short PDF per association: readiness score and trend, what was posted, what's overdue, and requests answered and open.

Many associations. Never one pile of records.
Each association is walled off from every other, in the database itself (row-level security) as well as in the application. Managers see only the associations they're assigned. Bulk actions need a preview and a confirmation, and private records can never be bulk-published. Your accounting system stays where it is.
